Through Owner’s Representation, Development Advisory, Construction Management, and Construction, we help clients evaluate opportunities, identify risks, establish realistic budgets, navigate permitting, coordinate project teams, and manage the decisions that shape successful outcomes.

Complex projects involve architects, engineers, designers, contractors, consultants, municipalities, and other specialists—each responsible for a different part of the process. SBC helps connect those pieces from the owner’s side, bringing greater coordination, visibility, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Our ability to actually build is a critical part of that value. SBC’s construction experience gives us practical insight into cost, constructability, procurement, sequencing, permitting, scheduling, and field execution. We understand not only how a project should work on paper, but what it takes to successfully deliver it in the field.

When SBC is engaged in an advisory capacity and later considered for construction, the construction scope is separately defined and transparently priced. This keeps the roles clear while giving owners the benefit of continuity from early strategy through execution.
